Your tasks

  • Interfacing with local and international suppliers to obtain competitive quotes and lead-time estimates, managing manufacturing of parts

  • Establish, perform and maintain quality control procedures for parts and new products

  • Inventory management and organization

  • Documenting test results and encountered issues

  • Performing test procedures and validations of assemblies and electrical/mechanical components and diagnosing issues

  • Assembling, maintaining and repairing flying machines and support equipment

Prerequisites

  • Completed apprenticeship in automation, manufacturing, or a related field. Degree from a university of applied sciences a plus
  • At least 5 years of professional experience 
  • Experience with sourcing parts and working with suppliers
  • Experience with quality control procedures and implementation
  • Willingness to travel
  • Fluency in English and German
