Master thesis / Internship - Development of a quality monitoring vibration analysis system



As an independent part of the module assembly team with a decent knowledge in signal analysis and data transformation you would set the baseline for a non-destructive quality test of assembly processes in high power semiconductor modules. With good communication skills you would work in an interdisciplinary team and present your results to process specialists and evaluate the requirements to implement a vibration analysis based quality monitoring system into a mass production environment.
